Has anyone here actually used The Portrait Studio (the ones from Joker) or Megagraph before?

Look, I totally get how the process is supposed to work...
But the real issue is that they just don't have it—and honestly, their backlog isn't my damn problem.
Karen has been waiting for 16 days now, and it’s been 36 full days since I actually signed everything and paid up.
I mean, seriously, what if I actually needed that money during these last 20 days?!

So, more than a month ago, I finally pulled the trigger and signed up for Aetna
and even dropped $25 for my first month of coverage...
The pitch was that I’d have all my paperwork and my ID card sitting in my mailbox within ten days tops..
Well, guess what? It’s been over a month now, and I haven't seen a single thing—literally nothing!

Honestly, I’m kind of itching to just cancel the whole thing. I mean, they go on and on about this 16-day waiting period, but if they can't even manage to mail out a simple ID card in a full month, what does that say about their service?
Do I actually have the right to just walk away from this contract?

Does anyone have a totally different take on this??

I have an appointment at my OBGYN late next week, but I'm honestly starting to freak out because I have no clue what's happening..

I have a boyfriend, and we're sexually active and everything..

And honestly? There’s zero pain or anything like that.

About three months ago, I actually stopped taking Yasmin (after being on it for about six months).

I’ve already got an appointment booked with my OBGYN for late next week, but I am starting to freak out a little because the uncertainty is just driving me nuts!

Just for context, I have a boyfriend and we have sex regularly.

Please, someone help me out??
