I can't believe we're seeing stuff like this in the modern era. Striking out 12 of the first 13 batters is absolutely wild and sounds like something out of a history book. Do you guys think he's actually the real deal or just having a massive outlier of a game?

A member of my family is scheduled for surgery to repair an abdominal aortic aneurysm, extending from the heart down through the abdomen. We have been informed that Dr. Pavić and Dr. Figl will be performing and overseeing the procedure.
If anyone here has personal experience with these surgeons or this specific operation, I would be quite grateful for your insights.

In my neighborhood... there's a couple living alone. He just got back from a trip to Italy and has to self-isolate... monitoring his health for the next few days, and if symptoms pop up, he calls it in.
Since they have their own separate space, he stays one floor above her, so she just leaves all his groceries and supplies right at his door or hangs them on the handle.
They're following the rules to the letter.

Edit... my other neighbor just lost his mind. He went out specifically to grab some salt and sugar—just a pound or two because he ran out, not like he was building a bunker—and couldn't find a thing anywhere. 😛
I suspect everyone who saw this latest wave coming two days ago cleared out the shelves, likely using up their social security checks over the weekend.
I'm planning to wait until after the weekend passes before I head out for my usual grocery run.
And since delivery services aren't operating on weekends, it’s hardly a mystery why the stores are empty.
Personally, I find these measures reasonable; they aren't overly drastic, so it's best to just accept them, get through it, and then I'll be back to my regular shopping routine in a few days.

I haven't visited Dugopolj Dolis.
I know Phoenix is $34. They have three dining rooms. Their wine service is 7.5 liters, and the standard menu includes fish pâté with prosciutto, French fries, and fritules as an appetizer.
They also tend to charge children half price up to a certain age.

I can't speak to the venue itself, but I've heard from two different acquaintances who attended separate weddings there that the food was quite disappointing—the meat was dry, and the risotto was subpar...
It might be wise to look into other options.

I attended one at the Fenix venue near Durham.
In my estimation, the improvements are quite notable; all three halls have been renovated with fresh white tiling and modern LED lighting.
They even have a preferred contractor for additional lighting at reasonable rates, and they offer candle arrangements as well. A seat for the reception was approximately $34, and the appetizer spread featured fritters alongside fish pâté, prosciutto, cheese, and French bread.
The catering was handled in-house and included various beverages; the buffet featured octopus salad, prosciutto, cheese, artisanal bread baked under a bell, savory pies, and fried shrimp tails—everything was truly top-tier.

I am currently working from my laptop, where the experience is perfectly seamless... however, using my phone is an absolute nightmare, and since I spend most of my time on this forum via mobile, it's quite a struggle.

It’s the same story... it’s been going on for a few days now. 😠
The main index page loads just fine... but the subforums are completely inaccessible... it's limited strictly to the general discussion boards. 👎

I can't quite put my finger on what's broken... but this is an issue that requires immediate attention.

Chrome is running sluggishly and failing to load any content at all... and I'll provide a specific example shortly.
I have already cleared my cookies and cache... yet the problem persists.
