Best regards,

If you look at the first page of the form, there’s a little note section where you can just explain exactly what was missing from your previous filing.

A little heads-up for those of you running the Fiskal1 software for your tax reporting. A few folks just had their annual filings rejected by the IRS because, apparently, the total revenue from fiscalized receipts in 2016 didn't match the aggregate turnover reported by the Fiskal1 cash register system. It's funny... well, not funny, more frustrating, really... how you can think everything is perfectly squared away, only to find out the math doesn't add up in their eyes.

Look, if we're treating card transactions like cash, it just doesn't make sense to log them as bank deposits. And even if you did go that route, the commission should be recorded right there in the bank deposits as a negative entry. Personally, I just put those amounts under cash receipts.

Does anyone know which version of Internet Explorer I actually need to run the tax software on Windows XP SP3? I can't even locate my current IE because I've been living in Chrome lately, but every time I try to download version 8, the system just insists I already have it installed.

Someone needs to update Java to version 67 already.
