This might sound totally basic, but I’m genuinely stuck on something... as a small business owner in the construction trade, am I actually allowed to just hire a subcontractor to handle the heavy lifting for me without jumping through any extra hoops? Like, do I need to register some specific secondary activity or something? Or is that just a non-starter when you're running a solo LLC? Honestly, I’ve been staring at this for so long I don't even trust my own brain anymore.
Is anyone else getting absolutely wrecked trying to file their sales tax returns? I’ve been banging my head against the wall with this whole process... I go through the entire thing, type in every single detail, hit the button to sign, and then—BAM—this stupid error message pops up: "If a return has already been submitted for this period, this one will overwrite it." It’s driving me insane because I haven't successfully sent a single one! As soon as that message hits, the system just wipes out everything I just spent an hour typing in. I've tried it on different computers and browsers, but it's the same nightmare every single time. Does anyone have a clue what's going on here? Please, if you've figured this out, help a guy out.
