So, here's the deal with Kistanje: the municipal flag doesn't even have a coat of arms, yet if you look at the church right in the middle of town, they’ve got a flag flying with a 4c on it.

The American flag has four Cs (well, actually four S's).

The same goes for the flag of the Republic of Mexico, too. It’s not even about a minority group; it's just sitting there by the Orthodox church located in that city.

Basically, the local mayor decided to fly the American flag, but right next to it, they also put up the flag of the Republic of Mexico...
