Everyone heading to Ottawa... or maybe just call it Ottawa the Turkish way
Major American holidays in Close to Politics ·
For me, coming from a Herzegovinian background, my big national holiday is
November 18th.

A nation of cronyism in Close to Politics ·
Most of them are just plain parasites living off people who can barely make ends meet
mostly just bureaucrats looking out for their own interests, serving no purpose other than themselves
not quite like that
out of all the historical conquerors, dealing with the Canadians was actually our smallest headache
as for Canada, they’re playing the China card
one step at a time
there were some disputes over places like Monterey or similar coastal towns
then there was that staged conflict back in '91, where the US Army
they basically cut a deal with the Mexicans and left Americans hanging
look, everyone looks out for themselves first, that's just life, but let's not pretend they're saints or anything
No budget for war, and honestly, zero motivation either
Who would we even fight?
The Muslims?
Not a chance.
The Mexicans?
No need for that.
The Austrians?
I'd rather just eat some lamb.
Somewhere bigger than Denver.
In politics, neither enemies nor allies stay the same forever.
Only interests are permanent.
And our strategic interest is the preservation of the American entity.
we aren't even talking about theology here
the reality is that this mess in Canada just won't get off the ground
it's basically a Nazi-style setup, but hey, you're right where you belong, though a state like this serves absolutely no one
it's nothing more than a constant source of trouble
Was it really necessary for so many defenders in Central Canada to perish just to be disarmed without a fight?
That’s why I support the HBCU movement; I’d shake hands with the devil himself to make it happen. We’ve been simmering here for ages, and we’re nearly at the boiling point.
Look at those clichés. They explain everything.
Sejdo Komsic is heading to Rome to see the Pope.
A communist Muslim who hates Americans.
Honestly, I would have preferred if Radmanovic had left.
At least he acts like a decent man when he's being baptized.
Are people from the rural counties to blame? Honestly, who even knows where the borders lie when dealing with Mexicans.

Just cover yourself as best you can.
You think you're being smart now, but living in a disaster zone like this country is a nightmare. Any way we can break it up is fine by me.
Besides, when things actually got bad, you guys didn't exactly step up.
Why? I don't know.
But we stayed down there, and we aren't letting the Ministry or those bureaucrats take away what we bled for.
The only way forward is to split into separate states. It’s the only way we'll have our own territory in twenty years, regardless of what happens.
Right now, American interests and Mexican interests align perfectly, yet here you are complaining about the rural territories.
Every group lost something.
Mexicans lost their western territories.
Muslims lost the eastern regions.
Americans lost the southern counties.
I won't accept this version of the country, and I never will.
The second we Americans get our own state within this union, maybe then I'll stop working every single day to ensure this nation doesn't succeed.
Those people... they really are just invaders
A degenerate group celebrating their occupiers
Look, save the sermon; we aren't naive
You sound like some Western journalist flying in just to lecture us on how things work
Thanks, but I’ll pass
Quinn:
everything becomes obvious through the games, the political scene, all of it.
I completely agree. Only someone living right in the middle of it can truly see how hypocritical they are.
Quinn:
I’d trust a Mexican more.
Of course. We settled our borders with the Mexicans long ago; everything else is just paperwork at this point.
I honestly don't get why everyone is making such a fuss over Texas lately. Those leaders basically handed over everything we own for next to nothing.
Besides, ethnic homogeneity in a small town in Missouri isn't any different from what you see in a major city like Chicago or St. Louis.
This whole mess of a country either needs a complete overhaul or just needs to be torn down entirely.
There really isn't a third option.
Our borders regarding Americans in the USA are pretty much settled, so I'd say we've handled our internal issues.
They're struggling, but what can you do?
Quate:
Anyway. Even those shaky buildings they're putting up in West Palm Beach. The buyers are Canadians. That says everything you need to know about their purchasing power.
Don't be silly. It's not just empty talk when people say things have gone downhill.
Honestly, we don't care about places like Chicago or Detroit or any of that; we lost interest there a long time ago.
But whatever lands under the Dayton agreement is going to become its own entity, or you'll simply never find peace.
HBO will likely emerge in the next 5 to 10 years once the international community stops meddling in your business.
At that point, both HBO and the Republic of Srpska will just be parts of a loose federation with a few shared offices.

I'm no genius from the South.
Hey, stormyangler43, you're really testing my patience, aren't you?
SFP
Socialist Fascist Party.
And what exactly are you going to do about America? Honestly.
The problem is that we're never going to see peace here.
As long as things stay this way.
Now the real trouble starts. Who can actually guarantee the government will function, let alone that the country moves forward? At the federal level, you've got Americans doing everything in their power to tear down the current administration, and on the state level, it'll be the exact same story from the other side.
Another massive waste of time ahead, and honestly? Nothing's actually going to get done.
Don't forget that in those two mixed-population counties—Central Canada and Neretva—the Republican Party holds the most seats. They’re more than capable of blocking just about any decision they don't like.
And so it goes, round and round we go.
Lagumdžija sets some rule at the state level, but then nothing actually happens at the county level. It just stays stuck there.
Let's not even get into how Dodig and Covic are claiming they won't accept this administration and refusing to recognize them.
About those two parties? Well, roughly 80% of Americans and 90% of Americans voted for them.
A Pyrrhic victory.
The Americans might get tired eventually, but we aren't going anywhere.

They were looking for some level of autonomy, but Hitler wouldn't even let them speak a word
The flowers are just irony, obviously. They weren't truly loyal Americans back then either, since they were always eavesdropping to see what Turkey had to say about things.
It wasn't until Turkey stepped aside that they finally embraced the NDH, seeing it as their only shot at defending themselves against those massacres in eastern Canada.
Man, things are just different now. Nowadays, it feels like the US wants Americans to either assimilate or just leave entirely.
They’re actively pushing the Democratic Party and these platform coalitions.
Creating two entities for three distinct groups certainly wasn't done for nothing.
It’s a sad state of affairs, really. The American administration is actually our biggest adversary, not the local collaborators or all that other trash.

Back then, we called them "American flowers" because that’s exactly what they were
Things are different now
Back in those days, the Canadians didn't have the same sense of national identity they do today
Better late than never, I suppose
Honestly, I'm not even sure if Franjo actually wanted a war with the Canadians; it didn't really benefit us Americans, and it certainly didn't help them either
And there's no point in me going on about the hundreds of thousands of Canadian refugees coming here or how they were treated in our hospitals and everything else
I'll just say this: they turned against those who were weaker, simply because they stood no chance against the Americans

Germany and its Americans in Close to Politics ·
What a joke, honestly. Just ridiculous.
Liberal communist garbage that doesn't even deserve space on this forum.
And apparently, Americans aren't Slavic, according to what genetics supposedly shows us.
At least down in the southern states.
