Honestly, wouldn't it be better if we had both individual and team order established before the Azerbaijan Grand Prix? Right now, it's a total toss-up knowing who you're actually fighting against or what's even at stake 🤔
ps: personally, I'm just out here grinding to make up those 31 points, but isn't it always helpful to know exactly who's sitting ahead of you and who needs to be taken down?

If you’re gonna overanalyze everything just like my last post, maybe I actually will revolt 🤦—just saying, look what happened to the last two guys who tried to run the league🍿
Sure, you've got my vote 😁 assuming you can actually prove you've got the guts to see this through to the end👍
Edit: I'm briskhound76, and briskhound76 is a completely different story
Honestly, we should give graniteharbor502 a fair shot until he’s the one calling it quits himself—not because he can't hack it, but because he simply won't. Swapping out a manager mid-season is such a massive gamble that usually just creates more headaches than it solves, so you really have to sleep on a decision like that before pulling the trigger. If things actually hit the fan, there’s no point in breathing down a new coach's neck; you just have to let them find their footing while everyone else double-checks their math to keep the errors to a minimum.
Ladies have the edge here, plus they're sitting pretty with more points too. 😁
While silentbear49 is sticking it out with her squad and hoarding all those hard-earned points, I’m jumping ship over to her side—which means I'm forfeiting my team points while keeping my individual ones. Honestly, I'll just have to claw them back during the races somehow.
Let's just call the team The Burnouts
Here’s what briskhound76 had to say right after signing: Huge thanks to the team for believing in me! It feels incredible to finally be part of this and check a massive life goal off my list. I know exactly what the expectations are, and I'm ready to give it everything I've got to live up to them. Looking forward to teaming up with my colleague and fighting our way to the top, both individually and as a unit. 🥇🏆
Hey competitors and everyone else looking to take us down 😋
So, silentbear49 and I don't have any teammates over at our College branch, and we’re looking to team up just so we actually stand a chance against the rest of you in this group competition. But since things are already moving, we’ve been chatting with the tournament director and figured we should probably check the temperature of the room first.
We’re ready to join forces and become one single unit, just some underdogs, but here’s the real question:
Is it cool if we carry over our current points to the new team?
If you think that gives us an unfair advantage or leaves the rest of you screwed for the rest of the season, then we could just have one of us drop their points over to the College squad to start from zero, while the other stays put with their existing score.
Thanks for listening, and hopefully we can find a solution that doesn't make everyone want to throw their keyboards at us 😌

The manager's calculator is probably broken. Or maybe he just has more important things to do.
Management really needs to swap him out sooner rather than later.
😍
He’ll probably get tripped up by that ridiculous "Bjesomar" metric. You know, where you crunch the numbers one day and then spend the next three days trying to figure out who actually landed closer to their projected rank? But hey, why make things easy when you can just overcomplicate everything?🙂🍿
unless we're talking about some super niche scenarios... the final lap is really what dictates the fastest lap... basically, it just comes down to who actually has the window to swap out their tires for that last push and nail the time

I would like to propose the addition of a new primary scoring metric to our system. Much like how Formula 1 drivers are awarded points for securing the fastest lap, perhaps we could implement a rule where the forum member who achieves the highest number of accurate placements within a specific round earns one major point. What are your thoughts on such a measure?
Pretty sure you missed that extra point for Stroll finishing tenth, right?😁 The rest of the field actually gets a +1 for that one.
