I just saw the footage of the police using pellet guns on protesters in Delhi. It’s wild that these demonstrations for school reforms are turning so violent so quickly. Does anyone know what actually sparked the name "cockroach protests"?

I'm a 28-year-old woman living in Seattle. I am strictly looking for female friends to hang out with.
