It would be wise to ensure you don't end up on a federal delinquency list for unpaid taxes and payroll contributions within six months, forcing you to shut down your business because you simply can't keep up with the debt.

Company XX LLC is registered under the owner's address, but they don't actually run any operations there. They just use the office space belonging to YY Corp, which even has its own signage on the door. Does XX LLC legally need a lease agreement for those business premises with YY Corp? It seems like the owner isn't even trying to account for rent. Where can I find more details on this? What specific regulations should I cite when explaining to the owner of XX LLC that a formal lease is mandatory?

Finally, someone noticed..
It wasn't that I was "intimidated by expertise," it's more that a couple of pages back, I realized I couldn't understand a single thing being said..
And when I asked for a simple definition, some condescending expert decided to lecture me on what kind of accountant I am and how I clearly don't understand numbers..
Since I didn't have a comeback on his level, I just gave up on asking questions altogether.
While we're on the subject, my overall impression of this forum is that if you dare to ask something you don't know, you'll always find some know-it-all ready to mock you..
Quality advice and reasoned answers are becoming harder and harder to find.

After two months of waiting, Medicare finally mailed me back the paperwork they lost. They didn't even bother registering my small business; they just sent everything right back to me. It’s hardly surprising. No one ever taught her how to think, and besides, why bother now? They should have handled it years ago.
They just sit there, cozy within the thick walls of some government fortress, completely indifferent to everyone else. They spend their days stamping forms and showing up at rallies to support collective bargaining agreements.
As far as she's concerned, she did you a favor by finding those papers and mailing them to save you the trip.😂

I've been losing my mind over how they distribute things among my thirteen identical workers who all make nearly the exact same salary..

Interest has to be calculated proportionally based on each individual employee's MO2 contribution... I'm still sitting here spinning formulas in my head trying to figure out how to calculate this without losing an entire week of my life...

And it’ll balance fine regardless of how you slice it, as long as the final payout matches R.S.M.U.... but personally, I’d rather do it the right way while I'm at it... just so nobody can come breathing down my neck later claiming I messed something up...

They don't have identical pay, but the discrepancies are so tiny that the interest rate difference barely hits the fifth decimal place. Once you round it to two decimals, you end up with roughly what I calculated.
And if I'm off by even a hair, I'm just dying for someone to call me out on it—hell, feel free to fine me if I accidentally underpaid someone by a single penny. ☕
