So, here’s the situation... I haven't done any serious training in years, but I finally got back into it recently. At first, I was dealing with a ton of muscle soreness, but that eventually cleared up (a little Advil helped quite a bit) and I don't really have those issues anymore. However, now I'm starting to get these blisters on my feet, specifically around my big toes and along the soles of both feet. I guess I'm wondering if these will heal just like the muscle inflammation did, or if the skin is just going to toughen up? Also, what kind of socks should I be wearing to prevent this from happening again, and is there a way to clear them up quickly? I'm 17, by the way. Thanks in advance.

Are proverbs meant strictly for the enlightened elite, or should their wisdom actually be useful to the average person?
To clarify: When I read these "wise" sayings, I often notice they're so convoluted that half the population can't even wrap their heads around them.
So here's my point: Can someone truly claim to be wise if they aren't willing to make that wisdom accessible to the common man?
I suppose if someone truly grasps a profound saying, they become a bit wiser themselves through that understanding, though I guess some insights do require a bit more intellectual heavy lifting.
I suppose I should probably start by saying that I don't have much to add here. It feels like we've already covered most of the ground, though. Maybe I'm just being overly cautious. Regardless, I'll keep this brief. kaže: I wonder if those attackers and occupiers in Iraq have just completely forgotten about them?😢
They don't really subscribe to just one single religion. I guess you could say they don't believe in that one exclusive path.
