someone actually tells me that's not what I have. To make matters even more ironic, it's coming from someone else dealing with schizophrenia...
Medical Encyclopedia, Washington, D.C., 1970, Vol. 5, SHIZOPHRENIA:
Schizophrenia refers to a large group of common mental disorders (psychosis),
with insufficiently understood etiology and pathogenesis; these disorders are characterized by specific psychological symptoms, and in most cases, they involve a disorganization (split) of the personality.
The symptomatology and course of the disease vary significantly among different groups and in individual cases............................................recovery can occur at any stage of the illness........................schizophrenia combined with manic-depressive psychosis (my case) ............ and that spans 11 large pages of tiny print...
My favorite part is the section on how physical build either favors or hinders the prognosis and outcome.😂🤣

I believe that even if you visit an alternative healer, they might help, but you are still on your own. When a psychiatrist prescribes medication, you are still on your own. A million pieces of advice, yet in the end, a person remains alone with themselves.
Personally, my soul is at peace, and that is what feeds my recovery.
