I actually carry a loan over at RBA, and
I have to say, aside from that hefty 5% agency fee that pushed me toward the bank in the first place,
my experience with them has been nothing but solid.
In fact, my standing with them is way better than most people dealing with banks in America.

Sorry, SAD, I just caught up on all your posts. Is this brokerage registered in Washington, D.C., or out of state?

Do you have a contact number or an address? Honestly, I've been waiting forever for someone to actually post something useful here.!!!

...I’d really love to have a word with them..🙂

Thanks anyway..you're 🙂

I’m pretty sure they adjust the monthly payment every quarter if the LIBOR shifts...
The whole thing is completely automated on their end.
Honestly, the biggest win is that they don't charge any prepayment penalties, and you don't even have to wait until you've saved up three full payments; you can just drop extra cash whenever you feel like it without having to give them a heads-up or file some annoying paperwork...
And obviously, the interest is always calculated based on whatever principal is left outstanding.

That sounds incredible..👍 Did you call the bank directly? I'm actually looking for a loan like that... specifically a mortgage. Could you help me out with some details? Like a phone number or a branch location? I'd love to head over and have a serious conversation with them. 🙂

Hey...🙂

I’ve been looking into the best ways to secure a mortgage refinance for quite a while now...
After several years of searching, I think I’ve finally found a solid option, and I know for a fact it's doable.
A friend of mine lives and works in Prague, and she happens to have some great connections over at Wells Fargo, which is where I'll likely be going through with this...
The interest rate is sitting at 4.75%, though that depends on a few variables—but it definitely won't exceed 6%. The max term is 15 years, with a 50% LTV ratio (so if the property is worth $100k, you get $50k)...

If anyone is interested, shoot me a private message. By the way, I'm just starting to gather all the paperwork now, so there's plenty of time. No rush here. We're looking at a turnaround of about 20 business days, maybe sooner if we group together.

Best,

Has anyone actually managed to close on that loan yet? It’s been nearly a year since his post went up.
