Does anyone happen to have any information regarding Biden’s finance firm based out of New York City concerning their mortgage lending practices? Specifically, I was wondering if anyone here has actually secured a loan through that particular institution, which is supposedly a legitimate operation that has been operating legally for over 30 years under European Union regulations.

Well, we actually did visit the bank, but it seems like it's nearly impossible to secure any kind of credit as a beginner, even though we have solid collateral and a very promising project. Apparently, Scholz acts as a facilitator when it comes to securing mortgage loans.
