For anyone struggling with insomnia
in Psychology ·
Hey everyone!😁 I wanted to check in and see if anyone else here struggles with sleep issues or actual sleep disorders. If you do, could you please walk me through what your symptoms look like and how you’ve been tackling the treatment side of things?
For the last three months, my sleep schedule has been an absolute train wreck. It all started when I began pulling all-nighters to study until 3 or 4 in the morning. Since I didn't have any early morning classes back then, I’d just sleep until noon... and honestly, it worked perfectly fine. I crushed all my exams and was doing great. But this semester, everything changed because I actually have morning lectures. I'm still stuck in that habit of studying through the night, and I can't even remember if I passed out at 4:00 or 5:00 AM. 😢 Then I'll sleep until 8:00, drag myself to campus where I'm basically a zombie, and then end up crashing for the entire afternoon... it's just this endless, exhausting cycle. 😢 How on earth do I break this loop? 😕
