Dealing with hemorrhoids – any advice? in Health ·
Scott Martin51 said:Did you have one large internal swelling and a small external one that went down after taking those pills?

Or maybe there was even more swelling, and after the medication, you were just left with one large internal and one external one?

Also, are Hemolex tablets just a new name for Pilex?

"Himalaya developed an excellent formula that has been on the global market for years—Hemolex tablets (known worldwide as Pilex)."

You could try finding some oak bark—just scrape it off without hitting the trunk—and boil about 2 to 3 tablespoons. Keep it covered, let it cool to around 35-40°C, then rinse lightly without drying it. Use this at least twice a day, and if you can, apply it as a compress to the area twice a day too.
Leave it on for about 15 minutes, and I guess you might feel some relief from the pain within 7 to 12 days.

Do they actually go away, or does the inflammation just settle down?

If they do clear up, how many days does that usually take?
How long were you using it before you noticed things getting better?

Do they disappear completely, or just partially—like maybe halfway?

What about internal ones?
Any advice for dealing with internal issues?

I’d say apply as much Fact ointment as possible, right up there, using an applicator for the internal part. And after every bathroom trip, make sure to wash with water that's cool, maybe even cold, rather than warm.
That’s how I’ve been managing things for over 20 years now.

Finding someone without love is easy. But actually loving someone? That’s the hard part.😵

Is there any change happening with how we access therapy?🤷

Give this a shot. Just type "MAX ADSL traffic check" into your browser, or maybe try http://maxadslpp.relja.net. Cheers!

The conversation went okay, though I was trying to send something around 2:00 AM and it just wouldn't go through three or four times.
I guess the questions aren't working right, especially since we spent all day yesterday visiting cemeteries.

I have to say, you really nailed that analysis. Honestly, even a therapist might struggle to put it better than you did.
Best,

I’ve been going through a really rough patch lately—I won't go into all the details here on the forum
I don't have quite enough information about your situation yet, so if you're up for it, I could send over a few questions
via private message. Just let me know if you'd want me to do that. I'll check for your response either here on the forum or in my inbox.
I guess a person's worth is really defined by how willing they are to lend a hand.

What you wrote there is just the starting line. Therapy has to be a consistent thing, exactly how the doctor prescribed it. It’s also really important to keep an eye on medication dosages—it's easy to run into trouble with sudden stops or even accidental overdoses if someone starts adjusting things on their own without guidance.
Staying on top of those doses and keeping up with regular psychiatric checkups basically wins 75% of the battle against depression.
At the end of the day, I guess it all comes down to being honest with yourself about needing help.
