Can someone please help me out here?

I need to number pages in Word, but I want the numbering to actually start on the third page. Does anyone know how to pull that off?

Every single time I open Word, it just starts counting from page one automatically. I can't figure out how to make my third page actually show up as page number 1.

If there are no standards to live by—or if there are—would we ever actually achieve anything at all?
What the hell is even the point?
