Fountain Pen Discussion in Miscellaneous ·
I realize this thread is pretty outdated, but I’ll say it anyway. Here in the States, you can pick up ink both in bottles and in cartridges. Almost every major office supply store or big-box retailer carries cartridges, and the better ones usually stock bottled ink too. I know at least two places around here that carry the bottled stuff. The selection isn't exactly massive, though I suppose I'm not particularly picky myself. I think they carry things like Pelikan Brilliant Black or Parker Quink, among others. Basically, just check a list of stationery shops or office supply stores near you and give them a call until you get a satisfactory answer.

@John Nguyen8/">@@John Nguyen8 thanks 😉
Finally, someone who actually answers the question instead of just starting an argument. Regarding all this, the Node 304 isn't even the smallest case out there, no. But I chose it because it fits perfectly into my printer cabinet. And honestly, why is everyone here so grumpy? All you seem to know how to do is insult others. Instead of pooling your knowledge to help people (not talking about myself specifically), you just bicker because one person likes apples and another prefers pears. I get it, it’s tough when someone talks trash in the comments—I actually got banned on my old account for arguing, too. Now I keep my forum activity to a minimum because there are just too many of you here just looking to judge people... And yes, I realize I could have gone cheaper by building a mid tower, but I opted for mITX for the reason I already stated. As for the claim that "temperatures will screw him over once he starts overclocking," what temperatures? What overclocking? Didn't I make it clear that I'm not running a high-demand build? Besides, that case doesn't have any cooling issues at all. Not even a little bit. You people acting like experts should go read some reviews, considering you've probably never even seen the thing in person. I got my answer to the question, thanks. No more fight.

It doesn't really matter. If you're just using it for backups, all that matters is that it's fast enough and reliable. You should check out Newegg, since their prices tend to be about 25% lower than the other retailers. I guess if you aren't on a tight budget, you shouldn't skimp too much; I've had my fair share of bad experiences with those ultra-cheap HDDs. You get what you pay for, I suppose. Good luck 🙂

Grace Peterson17, if you weren't planning on actually answering the question, you shouldn't have gone out of your way to be insulting. I asked a specific question, not for your unsolicited advice.

Greetings everyone 🙂
I have run into a bit of a dilemma. At the end of this school year, I plan on building a new PC that I hope will outperform my current setup. I wouldn't say I'm particularly demanding, but I've decided to treat myself and aim for a high-end build. My goal is to put together a PC/Steam Box, so I settled on the Fractal Design Node 304 case. However, I’ve hit a snag. I am uncertain whether my graphics card (a Gainward Nvidia GeForce GTX 760—not the phantom version, just the standard one) will actually fit alongside the power supply (a Corsair CX500M Modular 500W). While this question might seem trivial or even irrelevant to some, if anyone is familiar with this specific case, they might understand why I'm asking. I haven't had much luck searching for an answer online regarding whether the PSU will obstruct the GPU. Thanks in advance 🙂
Thanks, that actually helped quite a bit. Hmm, the hard drive is only about a year old, so I don't really think that's the issue here. I'm going to try reinstalling Windows, and I might reach out again if I end up needing more help 🙂
Greetings to everyone. I find myself in an interesting predicament. My PC is six years old now and isn't performing properly—it barely responds to anything, and practically every program crashes, including Task Manager. I am about 90% certain the motherboard is the culprit. However, even though the machine is six years old, it was quite a powerhouse when I first built it. Since then, I’ve upgraded it three times. The motherboard and processor haven't been changed, and the socket on this board is incredibly rare; I don't recall the exact model offhand, but believe me, it doesn't matter because it is virtually impossible to find. So, I am wondering: should I kill myself trying to track down a motherboard with that specific socket, or should I just replace everything and build a new PC? This one is already old and is essentially begging for retirement. I wouldn't call myself a demanding gamer—if I even am one—as I perhaps play for about an hour a day, so a PC in the $400-$500 $0.00 range would be more than enough for me. Could someone please advise me on what to do? Thanks.
