I don't know if there's actually a rule about this somewhere—but honestly? It just feels wrong to me. Like, how can you tank a student with a bad grade and then turn around and try to coach them through it afterward...
Can someone please walk me through this report? I’m freaking out a bit and nobody is giving me any straight answers...
Biopsy of the left breast mass, hypoechoic changes monitored via FBI ultrasound. Intermittently, there are small clusters of low-columnar epithelial cells showing moderate anisonucleosis and nuclear overlapping, along with plenty of histocytes, phagocytes, bits of connective stroma, capillary endothelium, more frequent lymphocytes, blood elements, and debris.
The findings indicate atypical hyperplasia of the mammary glandular epithelium with inflammation in the organizing phase.
...I get that none of this sounds great—BUT I want to know what it actually means... is this hinting at breast cancer or what?
