It really gets under my skin when I encounter people who haven't picked up a book or a newspaper since middle school. 😠 Just total idiots. Total snobs. 😠 Or those types who can't go five seconds in a conversation without making everything about themselves. They have zero class. Then there are the people whose entire mood depends on the alignment of the planets 🙄
. Lazy, shallow people 😠 and all those narrow-minded types who just seem to hate everyone else for no reason.

The whole thing is that they were trying to cater to all sorts of musical tastes, which is obviously why there were more stages—including the metal stage...
What's wrong with having a diverse crowd at a festival?! 🤷
The crowd here is just the way it is; I made my peace with that a long time ago...
Questionable sexual orientations?!?!?!?!!?!?! Okay, I'm not even going to touch that...

I agree. Some people are never satisfied, no matter how you slice it. What's the problem with bringing different groups together? To me, it was great seeing everyone—the metalheads, the alternative fans, the rockers... it was beautiful. For a moment, I actually felt like I wasn't in America, where certain cliques act all high and mighty because they're wearing branded merch. People came to have fun, dance, and listen to good bands.
And what's this about whether Lollapalooza is better than Coachella? We haven't even finished debating which one is bigger yet. Excuse me, which one is better.

I felt the exact same way. 🙂
Everything was just incredible. Every bit of it. Sure, there's always room for improvement, but looking at the big picture, I'm blown away. My main goal was catching Moby and the YYYs, but honestly, Franz ended up being my favorite. They were just so powerful.
Kraftwerk was also top-tier. I really dig how static they stay; with music like theirs, any other kind of stage presence would just feel out of place.
N.E.R.D was alright too—not my absolute favorite, but they were cool enough.
The YYYs were great, though the sound system was honestly pretty terrible.
As for Moby—it was fucking amazing. He got a little worked up because people were heckling him, but he totally won me over.
