I'm actually based in San Francisco—bought it up north because it was over $200 cheaper than buying it here. I'll give the Federal Trade Commission a shot, thanks. 🙂

I already did—and all they basically told me was to sort it out with Best Buy. I’m honestly at my wit's end here, this whole thing is a total mess. All I want to know is: am I legally entitled to a refund or a replacement card since it's been over 45 business days now?

Hey everyone—hoping someone here can weigh in on my situation or at least offer some advice. About a year ago, I picked up a custom PC build from Newegg. After seven months of solid use, the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 just kicked the bucket. It wouldn't even boot—not that it matters, since they agreed to honor the warranty and told me to ship it back. On April 9th, I sent the package off, but after two weeks of total radio silence, I reached out only to be told they never received it. So, I head down to the UPS store to see what's going on. The clerk checks the tracking and tells me it was actually delivered on April 12th—she even offered to print the proof for me. I get home, fire off an email to Newegg with that info, and within three minutes, I get an automated reply saying they have the package and are forwarding it to Gigabyte -.-. Fine, whatever, mistakes happen. But it’s been ages since then. I've sent a mountain of emails asking for updates, and their only response was basically, "The card is with Gigabyte now, there's nothing we can do about how fast they fix it." So, what are my rights here? Is there any truth to the idea that if they don't repair it within 45 business days, I'm entitled to a full refund or a replacement?
Thanks in advance for any help. 🙂
