So, what does that actually mean?

Are we saying he should just grab a card that's five times weaker since he doesn't really need this one? Or would an NVIDIA card be a much better move for him?

Personally, I think this is an excellent build. The only tiny tweak I’d suggest is swapping out the power supply for something a bit higher quality with a longer warranty—then you’ve got a perfect setup right there. 😁

It’s basically the same thing, so don't sweat it... and no, you won't end up with an extra cable lol, so don't worry about anything just sitting there as decoration.😂
