I honestly don't know what to tell you ladies. I’m just laying out exactly what happened to me—and while I'm certainly not saying this will happen to any of you, I suppose it's worth noting that it's a possibility 🙄

. I mean, looking back it’s kind of hilarious, but at the moment, I was in total disbelief...🙂 Basically, she was five minutes late—I call her, she says she's on her way, then nothing. She completely ghosted my calls for the next hour. By the time she finally picked up, there were only thirty minutes left until the ceremony started... and she sounded like she was having some kind of crisis.
I don't know, maybe something genuinely out of her control happened.

Later on, I heard she has a reputation for being late and all that.
Anyway, just make sure you schedule your hair and makeup early enough so you don't end up in the same mess I did.

I just wanted to drop a quick note to let everyone know that Victoria P. didn't even show up for my makeup appointment on the actual wedding day 😁.
So, yeah—just thought I'd mention it, in case anyone was wondering if that kind of thing is actually possible...

I’ve been sitting on this mortgage from back in 2007 with unknown. The loan is pegged to the unknown 😢, and my collateral setup includes a mortgage, a co-signer, and a life insurance policy—which, of course, was paid upfront and pledged directly to the bank. Now, the cash value of that policy has climbed quite a bit, and I'm wondering if anyone has actually dealt with a bank agreeing to release that policy and apply the value toward reducing the principal?
I heard a rumor once that they tried to swap it out for accident insurance instead. Obviously, I need to dig through my contract to see what the fine print says, but I'm mostly looking for real-world experiences—especially if the contract is vague on the matter.
I did notice in their current rate sheets that they have an option for making increased payments using funds from an insurance policy.

Could someone please send me the contact info for that makeup artist—Jane?
