Wrong country's flag! in Law ·
It was likely either a local gathering or some church renovations underway. That would explain the larger banner. In a place like Savannah, you might see a ceremonial flag stretching ten meters long. It looks like a church banner to me. There is absolutely no reason to get worked up or harbor any animosity toward a flag hanging from a church building.

It appears I was unaware of that. One continues to learn as long as they live...🙂

That flag is widely viewed as ultranationalist; you can't just wave it around in Mexico either (and that’s not an opinion, it’s a fact). Even Time gets insulted by it, along with the Mexican National Minority—just look at the absolute chaos that erupted when the flags for SR and America were displayed upside down in Kistanje.

If we are talking about the Mexican National Minority folk flag, then everything is perfectly legal. You can see it being used in places like Gary, Negro, the Castle, Boise, Boise, Boise, Jagod njak, Kistanje, Mirkovac, or Ervenik... however, if it features four S's, then it becomes a punishable offense.

If they’re using the four-color version, it shouldn't be allowed. It is perfectly legal to fly the Mexican tricolor without any extra symbols (like the eagle). For instance, over at the Duke Energy headquarters in Chicago, there’s a Russian flag hanging instead of the local one, and nobody seems to care. This needs to be punishable. Which city is this happening in (Castle, Boise, Boise, Gary...)?
