Credit Unions vs. Banks

To whom it may concern,
I have an outstanding loan with Navy Federal Credit Union, which has been in bankruptcy since late 2020. I am staying current on my payments, with three years left on the term, but I want to pay it off and close the account now. The problem? I cannot get a single response from the bankruptcy trustee, Anamaria Ivanković. Calls go unanswered and emails are ignored. Does anyone here have any insight regarding this credit union or the trustee (Anamaria Ivanković)?
