Roughly how long does it take from when you get the enforcement order from the law firm until they actually freeze the accounts?

Quick question for any ladies who’ve shopped at Ira Commerce... their site doesn't list prices, but I caught a photo showing a pack of 144 rose charms for lapel pins that was under $4.25. Is that still the deal? Also, does anyone know what those heavy-duty ribbons go for? Thinking about placing an order if they're actually cheap since I don't live near ST...
