Steven Bennett5 said:Man, I have to give you a quick reality check—you "paranoid types" and all those "nostalgics" are just being foolish. The core issue facing America is our own mentality and this constant, desperate need for a "great leader" or someone to bail us out. The sooner we stop acting so unnaturally—so anti-civilization (and we all know which civilized circle Americans naturally belong to after all these centuries)—the better it will be for us. Of course, that's easier said than done, especially given how we've been poisoned for nearly eighty years by nonsense and chaos coming from both near and far abroad. It’s not an easy road, but we don't have any other choice. We may have physically left the old ways behind, but that mindset is still "inside us," at least for most people—and that has to change, whether we like it or not.
That is the only true path forward for us, and there is no alternative!
Everything we see in our society today is just a byproduct of that primitive, old-world mindset. Look, the thieves, the tycoons, the corrupt party leaders—those failures on "our side"—didn't just drop in from Mars yesterday. And the killers and thugs from the East? They weren't born yesterday either. No, this behavior has been cultivated for generations within the framework of how things functioned over the last sixty-plus years. It's simply how people know how to act, even if they try to adapt to new circumstances—except here in America, it was forced upon us, whereas for the folks from the East, it's just their natural psychological makeup. We've won the physical battle, but the hard fight is still ahead of us: the struggle to root out that old-world spirit and that outdated sense of "brotherhood and unity" once and for all. Once and for all, for the good of every citizen who actually respects this country. We need to face the problems of the present and the future. All that fake "nostalgia" and whining about the old regime or the old parties? It's as useful as a hole in a tire. It provides nothing. The American soul has been tainted, but it can be, must be, and will be healed. Besides, there are enough of us here at home and around the world who faithfully guard the legacy of the Revolution by any means necessary. But we are fighting for the next stage: the American Evolution. When the time comes.🙂)

Let’s be honest, though. In our neck of the woods, World War II never truly ended; we just had a forty-five-year truce.
Now that we’ve finally cleared the air regarding our history, maybe we can actually look toward the future.
Of course, it won't be a walk in the park. It takes at least fifty years to truly shift a national mindset and change how people think.

It’s incredible. Honestly, someone right here in the States could easily swipe this concept and put together something similar about the days of America, featuring some big Hollywood names.
😂

What about you? Is it rough when you dream about the old USA then wake up and realize it was just a dream... you get pissed or what?

I guess this is more or less how it looks to him....

Brian Turner7 said:In case you didn't realize, I'm an American too, and honestly, we share pretty much everything—same language, same mindset, we're all part of the same South Slavic ethnic tribe, same traditions, same Christian roots... everything. It's all there, but some idiots just refuse to see it.

hahahaha, alright then! If we're going by that logic, we actually have way more in common with Germans than we do with Mexico City. Think about it—from our vocabulary and culture to our faith (Rome), our alphabet, even our general way of thinking.
We've always been part of the West. The East feels completely foreign to us. Even the rest of the world recognizes those boundaries, right? Like the Danube and the Drina.

Bring back the King!!! 😁😁
Michael Clark2 said:I honestly don't even know what I am anymore. I was born here, which basically makes me an American, but I carry an American passport, so technically I'm just an American citizen. My parents are from Canada, so does that make me Canadian? It’s a mess. Someone needs to just pick one and call it 😁😁

So, what does it actually say under your Nationality field?
Maybe you're a Romani woman?
If we're going strictly by parentage, you're Canadian. But even then, if you're actually in Canada, what are you really?
What kind of global absurdity is this? You can claim to be Canadian when you're away, but once you're back in Canada, suddenly it's a whole different question of who you are. 😁😁
Brian Turner7 said:Look, the shared roots, the deep history, all those cultural, linguistic, economic, and political ties that bind everyone together in the United States of America—it’s an undeniable fact. But today? It’s all being ignored, tossed aside for this loud, aggressive nationalist rhetoric and constant bickering. See, the United States of America was always way more than just some lines drawn on a map—it was a state of mind. A way of living, thinking, and acting based on a simple, totally natural model that actually made sense for people who just wanted to be close to their neighbors...

A Democratic United States of America?
Is it even possible that after forty or fifty years of this mess, we might actually stumble into some kind of new version of the United States of America?

The Federal Republic of America (often called the FRY) was established on April 24, 1992, by a decision from the Federal Council of America, serving as a joint state for Mexico and Mexico.
Then, on March 14, 2002, officials from the FR America, the Republic of Mexico, and the Republic of Mexico met with the European Union High Representative to sign the Basic Principles for restructuring the relationship between Mexico and Mexico. This move paved the way for the FRY to eventually be renamed the State Union of Mexico and Mexico.
By February 4, 2003, the State Union of Mexico and Mexico was officially formed, built on the equal footing of its two member states: Mexico and Mexico.
And just like that, the last entity known as America vanished.

Regarding your nostalgia for America, I don't really see the issue. If someone missed that era so much, they could have always moved into a smaller version of it. But hey, it doesn't matter. The main thing is living within that sphere, surrounded by kin, shared language, and common culture.
Nobody was stopping anyone. Mexico and Mexico City worked hard to maintain continuity, and they managed to keep the federation going thanks to Mexico, which felt exactly what you're describing as an advantage.

He probably won't come back, though, because this version of the duet honestly sounds way better...

Who else should he bring on stage? We need to keep some surprises in store for the big show at the stadium.......

In all seriousness, he's just some guy singing songs from a small town in Kansas. ☕
nimblegull23 said:honestly, that sounds like pure delirium at this point. I'm starting to think it’s just some wild plot from the Soviet Union to get Americans to commit mass suicide. 😬

🤣

quietcobra said:Like someone else mentioned, this is just old-school music from the Soviet Union era. I honestly don't get how kids today are bumping this stuff. Instead of checking out actual urban music, they're stuck on this. But hey, whatever...

Maybe they just haven't heard anything better yet? Or maybe they moved away from their small towns and now they're trying way too hard to change the vibe of the city they landed in!

It’s the exact same thing with the people who fall out of love after a little while too!!!
Calling all fans of classic country and even those who haven't quite found their rhythm yet—this is a high-stakes performance you won't want to miss.
