Hello everyone! My brother has been dealing with an enforcement order regarding his phone and internet services for about three years now, and I was wondering if there is any possibility of the statute of limitations applying here? Specifically, if they don't initiate a new enforcement proceeding, after how much time would the debt effectively expire? Thanks for any insight! 🙂
Hello everyone,
I am relatively new to the world of credit card management, so I would truly appreciate some guidance from those who know better! To lay out my situation, I have a total credit limit of $1500. From this amount, I am permitted to withdraw $1333 in cash via an ATM, while my purchasing power for retail transactions is set at $45,000—whether I choose to pay in full or opt for an installment plan. If I were to make a single, lump-sum purchase today, would that deduction come out of my cash withdrawal allowance, my standard purchasing limit, or is there perhaps a third, separate limit entirely? I am simply trying to get a clear sense of exactly what resources I have at my disposal 🙂 Thank you all so much for your help!
