Bank account frozen: What should I do?

So, my child support check just got blocked on the one account I use for everything—literally the only place where my benefits land since I don't even have another bank account. Does anyone actually know what happens next? Like, what's the actual process and how long am I gonna be stuck waiting on this? Please, if someone knows, hit me up. THANKS
