Bank account frozen: What should I do?

Hey there!
Can anyone tell me if I can still get my money if they freeze my checking account? I'm deep in the red right now and just got my first warning notice from Chase. I need to know if my upcoming scholarship check is just gonna go straight toward covering that overdraft, and more importantly, will I even be able to receive any funds at all if they actually lock me out?
