It seems like the folks on this forum haven't really practiced this particular style, which is why I was looking for firsthand experiences. Since there isn't an active debate here about whether different styles exist or which one is superior, I'm not trying to study for a theoretical exam on Yoga; I was simply weighing whether or not to sign up for the class, and now I've decided.
Honestly, I’d recommend the Yes+ course to everyone. Just Google it—it’s wonderful...😉
