Could someone please clear something up for me?

According to the official product page, the XFX R9 280 3GB DDR5 Black Edition recommends a 750W power supply unit.

However, I'm looking at a Gigabyte R9 280 setup paired with a 650W unit.

In that case, would this power supply be sufficient for the configuration?

Hehheeh I can't believe I actually typed Timberlake lol. Well, I managed to get a little laugh out of you all. That Thermaltake case is what I'm using right now, though honestly, I could probably swap that out too if needed.

The power supply is some old Fortron Blue Storm II 400W. I currently have a 200GB drive lying around and I'm not entirely sure what to do with it—it's not exactly something you can just flip for a profit—so replacing that would be the easiest move.

For peripherals, I'm thinking a 22" monitor or maybe something larger, plus a wireless keyboard and mouse combo.

Currently, I’ve got a 400W power supply, a Thermaltake case, and a 200 GB HDD sitting around.

My wishlist includes an AMD Radeon R9 270, a 120 GB SSD, and 8 GB of DDR3. As for the CPU and motherboard, I’ll leave those up to your expertise, though I definitely lean toward Intel. My main priority is ensuring the system isn't overly noisy.

I prefer to handle the payment in cash.

In the end, I pulled the trigger on this. I was really torn between grabbing one of those more heavily branded GTX 460 models or just going with an ATI 5770 instead. Fingers crossed this one actually works out.

I was previously running an ATI 4870 with 512MB of GDDR5, but it finally bit the dust and died on me.
I'm currently weighing my options between a GTX 460 or an ATI 5770. I'm fully aware that the NVIDIA card is technically superior, but they seem to be proving quite elusive lately. I have one hard rule, though: I refuse to settle for anything less than 1GB of GDDR5 memory.

Does anyone know if there's a specialized clinic in the US that uses laser technology for removing polyps in the digestive tract?
Basically, my mother needs surgery, but I’d prefer to avoid using the major public hospitals—any large municipal center, really—just to avoid adding unnecessary strain to the system when they typically perform these procedures without laser assistance.
From what I’ve gathered through conversations with others, the standard surgical approach often results in those same polyps resurfacing within a year, whereas using a laser seems to offer a much more permanent solution.
I actually have a contact number for a clinic over in Chicago that specializes in this specific type of procedure, but I was wondering if there's an equivalent option here in the States.
Does anyone have any insight?
