I’m running into some issues with an execution order I received a few months back. It was a summons to carry out the enforcement process, which basically states that if one party doesn't show up, the proceedings move in favor of whoever is present and everything gets suspended. Naturally, nobody representing the creditor ever showed up, so I was sitting pretty. Fast forward a few months, and I get hit with the exact same summons and the exact same warning!!! Where is the law in all of this? Why even bother putting it in writing if they aren't actually going to enforce it?
Does anyone know what my rights are here? Has anyone else dealt with something like this before?
