😁 Got an enforcement notice yesterday because I missed some water bills. I’m sitting on $433 in unpaid debt. Of course, they tacked on notary and lawyer fees that bring the total up to almost $333. If I settle the $433 water debt within 8 days, am I still on the hook for those extra costs?

It’s been about two months now. Every time I wake up, I feel this twitching deep inside my right ear. It happens during the night and right when I first wake up, lasting maybe an hour or two before it finally lets up. There's zero pain, and my hearing seems totally fine, but man, it is incredibly annoying. I already went to see an ENT and had some hearing tests done, and everything came back normal. Anyone have any clue what this could be? Has anyone else dealt with something similar?
