Hey everyone... my 3
-year-old son was just diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome today
. I’m hoping to hear from anyone who has dealt with this recently--
specifically since 2005, when the last post here was made
--regarding their own experiences
with this condition.

We just closed a deal selling our company, which currently carries about 10 $0.00 in liabilities,
and the incoming director is fully aware of the debt situation.
Now that the ownership transfer is complete, is there any legal way for the former director to shift those debts back onto us... or not?
