IRS and Tax Filing Issues

Hey there,
I’ve got a quick question for you guys. I installed the ActivClient app following all the instructions from the disk I got from the IRS, but now that I'm setting things up on the IRS Portal, I've hit a snag. When I get to the part where I need to select my existing certificates, nothing shows up! The PDF guide says I need to run ActivCard Gold to register the certificates, but for some reason, that software wasn't on the installation disk, and I can't seem to find a download for it anywhere online. Has anyone else dealt with this? Does anyone know where I can actually grab this program? I feel like I'm going in circles here...
