IRS and Tax Filing Issues

Hey everyone,
If anyone knows what I'm doing wrong or can point me in the right direction:
I just installed my certificate and now I'm trying to log into the IRS e-file system, but when I try to register or sign in, I get this error message: 'Dear User, during registration, the following was found in the official registry: the certificate provided does not belong to the authorized representative of the business entity.'
The thing is, the certificate is definitely in my name, and I am the sole authorized representative.
I sent an email (no response yet) and called technical support, but they just told me I have to wait until someone from tech support gets back to me to 'manually verify the certificate issued by the Federal Reserve.'
