IRS and Tax Filing Issues in Business, Accounting & Taxes ·
Brenda Chase3 said:Does anyone here have experience trying to send an R-form through the e-filing portal, and if so, have you run into any glitches lately? Everything seems to be functioning perfectly fine on my end—I can navigate the menus without a hitch—but the moment I select my file and hit "sign and submit," absolutely nothing happens. It’s like the button is dead. I could sit here clicking it until tomorrow and I wouldn't get so much as an error message; there's just total silence from the system. To try and troubleshoot, I actually uninstalled Java 7.25 and rolled back to an older version, but even that didn't change a thing. That signature button is completely unresponsive. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm hitting the exact same wall. I called Goldman Sachs about it, but they couldn't give me a straight answer...

They played some new tracks from the upcoming album (Oceania) coming out next year, and they sound great. But the highlights? Definitely the classics—Cherub Rock, Tonight, Tonight, Zero, and Bullet with Butterfly Wings.
Billy announced a tour through the European Union and then in 2012, so if they're ever back in the area, just go. Highly recommend. 🙂

I am absolutely going next time...
The Cranberries are hitting the summer festival circuit too...
What a disaster of a festival. I honestly don't get how they pick these bands. They might as well just cancel the whole thing and call it a day rather than booking this garbage.
Here’s an idea... Eddie Vedder could kick off a solo tour across America in early June.

The first time he played was with Bad Seed at the local concert hall.

I meant the last time he was around...
vividcanyon2 said:Exactly. 🙂 People already mentioned what Nick Cave tickets cost before. They weren't even much cheaper when he first played at Carnegie Hall. Plus, I have to hit both days, which means traveling out toward Philly... money just disappears. This is probably going to be my cheapest Nick Cave show ever. 🙏

Keep in mind this isn't Nick Cave "solo" like that Carnegie Hall gig; he’s performing with the Bad Seed. 👍

I think $83 for the festival is more than fair and actually a great deal, regardless of the fact that it falls on a Tuesday and Wednesday or whatever other lineup details we don't know yet.

At the end of the day, we're just a small part of the US, and someone made a good point earlier—we can't really compete with those massive mega-festivals. Trying to coordinate timing and artist availability with everyone's expectations is a nightmare. We should honestly just be grateful to have a festival like this (small but sweet) at this price point.

I just hope the organizers learned their lesson from last year and fix the mistakes that don't even require a huge budget... more vendor stalls, more bathrooms, and better beer instead of that watered-down stuff.

that would be 👍
R.E.M. could totally pull off a summer tour, but I’ve got a bad feeling they’d cost an absolute fortune...
