I haven't even bothered yet, honestly. Everything seems to be running just fine in IE with the new Java setup. But yeah, I'll give it a shot whenever I actually have a spare moment.
Fair point.
But look, I already tried that. I did a full uninstall and then reinstalled everything, but it’s still acting up. I cleared my Chrome cache and basically everything else I could think of. Still nothing. They're being "polite" about it, though—just stuck on that "Please wait" screen indefinitely. 🙂
Money well spent, I guess.
Is anyone else running into issues with Chrome? Everything installs perfectly fine, but whenever I actually try to load a web form, it just sits there indefinitely on a "Please wait" screen. I'm running Windows 7.
I followed every single instruction to a T, and everything seemed to go perfectly fine. But of course, it doesn't actually work 🙂. Once I pick the XML file, it just hangs on "please wait" forever. It’s just stuck in an infinite loop. Anyone else dealing with this, or does anyone have a fix?
I'm running this on Windows 7, but when I try it on my old XP machine, I just get an error saying the support application isn't a valid 32-bit app...
@Larry Edwards3:
If you're stuck using Internet Explorer, just head over to Tools, then Compatibility View Settings, and add FINRA to the list. Just type in finra.gov, hit ADD, and then give the browser a quick restart. That should do the trick.

Meanwhile, I just got a formal receipt confirmation for some random company I’ve never even heard of, instead of the one I actually filed for. 🙂
