IRS and Tax Filing Issues

Hey, anyone here know how to deal with this Java issue and the IRS website?
Everything was working perfectly fine until today, but now whenever I try to file my sales tax forms, I get this error:
JAVA (TM) was blocked because it is out of date and needs to be update
and then it shows

it won't let me do anything before just kicking me off the IRS site entirely.
My IT guy is on vacation right now, but I have to get these payroll tax filings submitted and I'm stuck.
I guess I'm not sure if it's an issue on my end—like my computer—or if it's something with the IRS site itself.
I haven't even touched any settings or installed any new Java updates lately...
