Anyone else having issues with the IRS website today?
I haven’t been able to sign a single form—payroll or sales tax—all morning. It’s completely frozen.

How long is the processing taking on the Medicare Portal for you guys? I’ve had some requests sitting there for 12 days now, and I'm starting to wonder if this is just the new normal.

I’m with Brenda Chase3 on this one. The IRS only rejects an application if you miss a key attachment—like an ID, a contract, or those processed weather reports from NOAA.
If I actually started demanding that level of paperwork from my employees, they’d never show up for work again.

Did someone perhaps drop off an access list or other paperwork at the Social Security office for the electronic filing system?
I’m trying to figure out if I actually need to bring a notarized power of attorney for every single client, just like I read on their website.
I tried calling their info line, but getting a hold of anyone there has been a total lost cause for days now.
