Here’s my take on the situation. Once everything gets restored on the FinTech app, there might be a little trick involving the bank's website. There should be some kind of menu option for "importing" or "linking" a certificate. Something along those lines. That’s how it worked for me with Chase. You basically have to head over to the bank's site, link the certificate there, enter your credentials, and you're good to go. Fingers crossed...
