Sky Sports flagged him as the one at fault immediately. Ocon squeezed between him and Zhou, then Gasly tried to squeeze through because George started on hards—which he couldn't even get up to temperature, if you listen to his post-race interview—and then George just shuts the door on Gasly, who can't get out, and boom, total chaos.
I think that's why he stopped and swerved toward Zhou... probably felt a bit guilty...

Can my insurance company force me to settle for a repair, or am I entitled to a full part replacement?

I wasn't at fault—the other driver admitted they messed up. We handled all the paperwork without needing the cops, and the insurance company agreed to cover the damage, but they're pushing for a REPAIR instead of just replacing the damaged part.
If the mods think this belongs in a different subforum, feel free to move it, just give me a second to breathe... I figured some folks here might have dealt with this kind of thing before.
