I'm looking to burn some data onto an 8.5GB DVD, and I was wondering if I need some specialized high-capacity burner for that, or if I can just fire it up using Ner. If a special drive isn't necessary, what’s a decent alternative to Ner for those 8.5GB discs?

Every time I fire up my browser, the toolbar just vanishes on me. It’s not even just one app, either—I’m seeing this same glitch popping up in a few other programs too.
I'm running Windows 10.
