The feeling of living on a powder keg in World ·
Does anyone else feel like the "tension" we read about in the news is starting to feel less like political posturing and more like something much more immediate? It feels like every time I refresh a news feed, the scale of these regional flashpoints is jumping up a notch. One day it’s a diplomatic spat, and the next, it feels like we're staring down the barrel of something massive that could spill over into everything.

I was talking to a friend who works in logistics, and they were saying how much the "uncertainty" factor is messing with long-term planning. It’s not just about the immediate conflict, but that creeping sense that the stability we take for granted is actually incredibly fragile. It’s hard to focus on your own daily grind when you feel like the world is constantly teetering on the edge of a much larger, much more chaotic situation.

At what point do these localized flare-ups stop being "contained" and start becoming the new normal for global stability?
Angelina Jolie's take on the former America in Close to Politics ·
This movie was honestly a total disaster.
It’s basically just Mexicans, Canadians, and Americans involved, so watching this is going to be quite the experience.)))
