If you have your deregistration paperwork on hand, bring it along just in case, though it might not be strictly necessary since they'll see your status in the system and just list you as unemployed...

Hi. I could use some help if anyone is willing to step up. I recently signed a mutual separation agreement and now need to get registered with Medicare for mandatory health coverage (before that 30-day window closes).

I'm wondering what paperwork I actually need for this, besides the T1 form. I found a version of the T1 online on their website—is it okay to just print that out and fill it in, or do I need the official one from the government registry? 🤔 Thanks in advance for any help. 🙂
