How to sign up for Medicare

So, my business officially kicks off on Saturday, December 1st, 2018.
I was wondering—can I just head over to the Social Security Administration on Monday, December 3rd, to get everything sorted? Or am I supposed to have it all wrapped up by Friday, November 30th, since that’s the last actual workday before the business technically starts?
Thanks in advance if anyone's dealt with this kind of thing before or knows the drill...
