I honestly don't think Dostoevsky would have bought this whole argument about imagination versus reality. For him, actual life was always way more surreal and wild than anything you could cook up in your head. And honestly? I’m right there with him—especially when it comes to the absolute madness of cyberspace.
Anyway, what if Prince Mishkin was actually fantasizing about getting down and dirty with Nastassja Filippovna? Like, does that even count as just a fantasy or is it basically reality? I know they’re fictional characters and all, but honestly, that feels way more real to me than some random idea about Keith Lee2 having intense sex with Angelina Jolie, or ironmarlin1 hooking up with some girl he has a crush on.
