Someone close to me is struggling with drinking and is currently taking Antabus. They actually took an entire Esperal 500 mg tablet today. Since I have to head out on a four-day business trip, can I relax and assume there won't be any alcohol consumption over the next 4 days? Also, is just one 500 mg pill enough to trigger an allergic reaction, and how long does it typically take for Esperal 500 mg to wear off?
