I truly, deeply want to believe that things will get better and that I can stay spiritually fulfilled, but it feels like I’m losing ground. I'm starting to burn out. 😢 Today has been especially brutal. So much has piled up over these last two years, and after finally letting myself cry it all out, I came here to post this. Maybe someone else will find it helpful one day...
I want to ask: how do you all manage to keep your faith strong when life reaches a point where nothing seems to make sense anymore? How do you maintain your spirituality and inner peace when everything is pushing you toward total hopelessness?
If you’re a believer, you have to carry the knowledge and the feeling that God is right there with you. Sometimes we get caught up in the grind, we forget, we drift, and then we feel completely alone. But you just have to call out to God. He will answer. Period. Sometimes He lets you wait, but that's only because He wants to make you stronger and more resilient. In the end, His hand will guide you exactly where you need to go. Even when you lose all confidence in yourself, it isn't over because God is waiting for you. A lot of believers struggle with lacking a personal connection with God, so don't let that be you. Open up your conscience and talk to Him like He's your best friend. That's how you get your strength back.🙂, the real kind.
You can stay spiritual and at peace even when the storm is raging outside, provided you believe in God and hold onto the principle of faith—that good eventually returns to those who do good.
