Gold: Past, Present, and Future in Other Investment Types ·
Is investing in gold jewelry actually worth it? It feels pretty practical—I mean, I can just wear my investment whenever I feel like it. But I’ve got another question regarding this whole thing... I’ve noticed that some pieces I bought recently don't have that classic 14k hallmark they used to have. In fact, they don't seem to have any markings at all. Is that just the new norm, or should I be getting suspicious? Everything was bought from the same jeweler over the years.
I couldn't find anything under the women's health thread regarding lab results interpretation, so I'm coming to you all—please, can someone make sense of this for me? (I'm really trying to figure out if there's a specific reason behind this unfortunate outcome):

Biopsy results (Placental remnants):
Biopsy report description:
The pathology report shows plenty of material—we're looking at decidual tissue, sections of endometrium in hypersecretory phase, and some immature placental tissue.

So, this is the pathology report following the curettage.

Thanks.
